These website terms should not be interpreted as silently replacing a more specific agreement that expressly applies to a particular Rise product or service.
Using the website means following its applicable rules.

The Rise website may contain branding, names, logos, interface designs, graphics, text, product concepts, documentation, software-related material, and other content that is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by the appropriate rights holder.
Unless applicable law or an express license provides otherwise, making content publicly viewable does not by itself grant a visitor ownership of that content or unrestricted permission to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from it.
Final production terms must be reconciled with verified intellectual-property ownership, trademark usage, open-source licenses, third-party assets, and any permissions intentionally granted to users.
Product information must reflect its actual status.
Rise intends to distinguish concepts, planned capabilities, active development, released functionality, and commercially available services rather than presenting them as equivalent.
Website content can change as products and company operations evolve. Descriptions of planned or developing functionality are informational and should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular feature, release date, price, integration, platform, or commercial offering will become available.
Where a separate signed agreement or applicable product-specific term establishes a binding commitment, that agreement should be evaluated according to its own provisions.
External services remain separate systems.
The website may eventually reference or link to external websites, platforms, communities, repositories, payment providers, infrastructure providers, or other third-party resources.
A link or integration does not automatically mean Rise controls the external service or adopts all of its content, practices, or policies. Third-party services can operate under their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, and availability.
Production terms should identify legally material third-party relationships where necessary based on the integrations actually deployed.
Commercial terms belong to the service they govern.
Rise is developing products including Rise Command Center, Rise Launcher, and Rise Creator Toolbox. Future offerings may involve accounts, organizations, licenses, subscriptions, entitlements, downloads, updates, support, community features, artificial intelligence, storage, or other capabilities.
When those capabilities become operational, Rise may establish additional terms covering matters such as account responsibilities, licensing, billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, service limits, artificial-intelligence usage, intellectual property, data handling, support, and termination.
This pre-launch website document does not invent those commercial terms before the corresponding business and technical systems have been finalized.
Access does not authorize abuse.
Use of Rise websites or services must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, compromise security, disrupt infrastructure, infringe rights, deceive others, distribute malicious software, obtain unauthorized access, or materially interfere with other users or systems.
More detailed requirements are maintained in the Acceptable Use framework and may be supplemented by product-specific rules.
Production disclaimers require legal review.
Websites and software can be affected by errors, maintenance, compatibility issues, network failures, third-party dependencies, security events, and other operational conditions. Rise should not promise that every public system will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Formal warranty disclaimers and related contractual language can have significant legal consequences and vary by product, transaction, and jurisdiction. Those provisions must be finalized through production legal review rather than fabricated during website development.
Liability provisions must match the actual relationship.
Limitations of liability, exclusions of damages, indemnification, dispute procedures, governing law, venue, and similar provisions can materially affect legal rights.
This pre-launch framework intentionally does not invent monetary caps, mandatory arbitration, class-action waivers, governing jurisdictions, venue requirements, or other material legal restrictions before the relevant entity, commercial model, and legal requirements have been reviewed.
Appropriate provisions can be added to production or product-specific terms once those facts are established.
Terms should evolve through controlled change.
Rise may update website or service terms as its operations, products, legal requirements, and public capabilities change. Production versions should include appropriate effective-date or revision information.
Material contractual changes should be coordinated with the affected product and operational systems, including any notice or consent process required by applicable law or agreement.

Rise intends to publish appropriate legal communication channels after they are configured, monitored, and verified for public use. Placeholder legal inboxes should not be represented as operational.
